What are your products made from?

We recycle mostly milk bottle tops and some milk bottles. Find out more about each plastic type and colour from our blogs here.

Do you accept bottle tops or milk bottles for recycling?

We are not currently accepting plastic for recycling but there are a few places you can drop off CLEAN milk bottle tops. Check out our Instagram reel for details. 

Where can I buy?

You can order a range of products online but we are also regularly at markets in Canterbury. Check out our upcoming markets or get in touch if you have seen something you're interested in! Note that not all the website stock is at markets and not all the market stock is on the website! Follow us on Instagram for the latest.

Where are you located?

We are located in the amazing Ōtautahi Christchurch. Learn more about us and what we do here. We don't currently offer pick up but get in touch if you have any questions. 

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost depends on your order size and is calculated at checkout. Shipping starts from $7 and all of our orders are sent as eco-friendly as possible. 

I'm outside of NZ, can I still order?

At this stage we are only shipping in New Zealand from our website. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We sure do! Just pop a comment at the checkout that you would like your order gift wrapped!

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check out Refund Policy for more information.  

Can I change my order once its been placed?

If you contact us immediately, before your order has been shipped, you can change the order. After the parcel has been sent we are unable to make changes or offer returns for change of mind. Check out Refund Policy for more information.
